Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments, an encrypted and PCI-compliant payment system trusted by millions of merchants worldwide. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you prefer a faster checkout, GooglePay and ApplePay are supported at the payment step. Only one payment method can be used per order.

Add your items to the cart and head to checkout. On the first page of checkout you will see a box to enter your discount code, then click Apply to lock in the saving before payment. Only one discount code can be used per order.

All pricing on our store is in Australian dollars (AUD). Your bank may show the charge in your local currency using its own exchange rate if you are ordering from outside Australia.

Built-in motion sensors detect your dog moving nearby and switch on a quiet motor that drives the toy through automated patterns, including 360 degree rotation and rolling. The movement is unpredictable, so it reads as prey and triggers chase-and-pounce play. Because it is motion-activated rather than something you operate, it starts again on its own each time your dog re-engages with it. It runs on a rechargeable USB battery.

Most toys are passive. They sit still, so your dog investigates once and then abandons them. This one is motion-activated and moves by itself, so it re-triggers chase-and-pounce play every time your dog comes back to it, rather than relying on him staying interested in something that does not move.

It is made for Australian dog owners who work long hours and leave their dog at home alone, and for anyone whose dog shows boredom or destructive behaviour during the day.

It keeps a home-alone dog physically active and mentally occupied while you are out, which reduces the boredom that leads to chewing furniture and barking. Play does not stop when you leave, because the toy restarts on your dog’s own movement.

We offer three bundles alongside the individual products, the Energy Burner Bundle, the Calm & Comfort Bundle and the Daily Doggo Essentials Bundle. Each bundle page lists exactly which items are included, so open the one you are interested in to see the full contents before you order.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item needs to be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us at hi@activepaws.com.au to start a return. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. Send us your order number and a clear photo so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ActivePaws operates from 241 Adelaide Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000. Please note this is a head office address for correspondence only, we do not hold stock here and cannot accept walk-in returns or collection.

Please contact us as soon as possible with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to update or cancel it. If it has already left the warehouse the returns process will apply.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also reply asking to be removed and we will action it manually.
